FUESD is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our leadership team, Marty Culberson, who will serve as the Director of Technology. With 13 years of experience in education, Marty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will further strengthen our already outstanding Technology Department.
Marty’s background is diverse and distinguished, having served in various roles across Oklahoma, Texas, and now California. His experience spans from classroom teaching to serving as a Principal, Director of Educational Technology, and most recently, Chief Technology Officer. His journey through these different roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the pivotal role technology plays in education.
Marty expressed his excitement to join the FUESD team, stating, “I’m thrilled to be part of the Fallbrook Union Elementary team! The district team and Fallbrook community at large have been very welcoming. A few months ago, my wife Jacqlyn and I attended a Rotary Club breakfast and were both impressed by the atmosphere of hospitality and friendship. We’ve experienced the same authenticity with the board members, district leadership, and staff at Fallbrook Union Elementary. The district team is focused on student achievement, and I’m excited to be part of a great technology team that is an integral part of the effort!”

His arrival comes at a time when technology’s role in education is more critical than ever, and we are confident that under his leadership, our Technology Department will continue to innovate and support our students and staff effectively.
