The Communications Team is responsible for the District’s internal and external communication efforts, media relations program, social media presence, brand management, marketing material production, and community engagement initiatives. The Communications Team serves as an internal consultant to schools and other departments on communication-related issues, regularly partnering with other staff members to ensure communication needs for district-wide initiatives are met. The department also provides creative design services and trainings. Additionally, members of the Communications Team serve on the District’s Emergency Response Team and handle internal and external communication for all emergency situations.

This form is to be completed by or on behalf of directors or administrators. If you are not in a management position, please speak with your supervisor regarding communication requests.

Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be completed. Please also know larger requests may need Office of the Superintendent approval before the project is started. If  the Office of the Superintendent approval is needed, this will be communicated to you.
