Dear Fallbrook Union Elementary School District Community,
As I step into my second year as your Superintendent, I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude and excitement for the journey ahead. Over the past year, I have been truly embraced by this beautiful community of dedicated staff, students, and families. Your warmth and unwavering support have made me feel right at home in this vibrant district.
Our collective efforts have yielded remarkable results. I am thrilled to share that our preliminary state testing results show that every single school in our district has made gains in both English Language Arts and Math. Additionally, we have significantly increased our average daily attendance rate and decreased chronic absenteeism. These achievements are the result of a strong partnership between our schools and our families, along with the tireless dedication of our hardworking staff. Our students are brilliant, eager to learn, and they want to be here, which is a testament to the love our children and families have for our schools.
As we move forward into the new school year, we are guided by our new theme: “Growing Greatness and Cultivating Tomorrow’s Leaders.” This theme not only reflects our community’s rich agricultural roots but also underscores our shared commitment to nurturing the potential of every student.
I am excited to continue this journey with all of you. Together, we will celebrate our successes, embrace new opportunities, and ensure that every student in our district is equipped to lead and succeed.

Querida comunidad del Distrito Escolar Primario de Fallbrook,
Al comenzar mi segundo año como su Superintendente, me llena un profundo sentido de gratitud y emoción por el camino que tenemos por delante. Durante el año pasado, esta hermosa comunidad de personal dedicado, estudiantes y familias me ha acogido de verdad. Su calidez y apoyo inquebrantable me han hecho sentir como en casa en este vibrante distrito.
Nuestros esfuerzos colectivos han dado resultados notables. Me complace compartir que nuestros resultados preliminares de las pruebas estatales muestran que todas las escuelas de nuestro distrito han mejorado tanto en Artes del Lenguaje Inglés como en Matemáticas. Además, hemos aumentado significativamente nuestra tasa promedio de asistencia diaria y reducido el ausentismo crónico. Estos logros son el resultado de una sólida asociación entre nuestras escuelas y nuestras familias, junto con la dedicación incansable de nuestro personal trabajador. Nuestros estudiantes son brillantes, ansiosos por aprender y quieren estar aquí, lo cual es un testimonio del amor que nuestros niños y familias tienen por nuestras escuelas.
A medida que avanzamos hacia el nuevo año escolar, nos guía nuestro nuevo tema: “Cultivando Grandeza y Formando a los Líderes del Mañana”. Este tema no solo refleja las ricas raíces agrícolas de nuestra comunidad, sino que también subraya nuestro compromiso compartido de fomentar el potencial de cada estudiante.
Estoy emocionada de continuar este viaje con todos ustedes. Juntos, celebraremos nuestros éxitos, abrazaremos nuevas oportunidades y nos aseguraremos de que cada estudiante en nuestro distrito esté preparado para liderar y tener éxito.
